Smart Cart is a google extension that provides 2 core features to help a consumer find the best deal, whether it is for fashion, electronics or comparing your weekly grocery shop between Woolworths and Coles. I was tasked with re-designing the Smart Cart homepage with the goal to promote the new Woolworths/Coles Cart comparison feature and also iterate on the existing UI for the chrome extension which compares prices.

The purpose of the homepage was to deliver key information to a customer who knew little about Smart Cart and easily explain the benefits of the Chrome extension and how it could save them money. Through the use of video and static content combined with a well thought out design of how information would be delivered on the homepage, a new customer would be able to understand what Smart Cart is with ease,

The process involved competitor website analysis, wire framing concepts before proceeding into the design phase of the homepage.
